You might not be familiar with Charlie, our blonde friend. This is Charlie's first experience with him. As you can see, Charlie will join the dynamic duo Splatman & Throbin as Splatgirl. Her methods for combating bad guys are distinct from the strategies the duo use. Charlie could have a superior method to keep evil people out... but not too naughty!
